By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use immediately.

o EduSome shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of access to or use of the App.
o Our total cumulative liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for accessing the service.
7. Intellectual Property
o All logos, text, graphics, original content, and trademarks appearing in this App belong to EduSome and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
o Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App’s content without prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Links and Data
o The App may contain links or references to third-party websites or external data sources.
o We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or functionality of such external resources.
o Visiting third-party sites is at the user’s discretion and risk.
9. Terms and Conditions for use of YouTube Videos for education purpose
o The app integrates YouTube content solely for educational and informational purposes to support better student understanding and learning. The videos are linked to the subject of discussion only; and are included for its better understanding.
o All videos are streamed directly from YouTube’s platform through official embedding or linking features, in compliance with YouTube’s Terms of Service.
o The app does not host, modify, download, or redistribute any YouTube videos or content.
o Users must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service while accessing any video content through the app.
o Any advertisements, comments, or content within linked YouTube videos remain the responsibility of YouTube and their respective content creators.
o The app and its administrators do not claim ownership or rights over any third-party video content accessed via YouTube.
o The use of these videos must be strictly for educational purposes within a non-commercial learning context.
o Students and users are encouraged to view content responsibly and report any inappropriate or irrelevant material encountered.
o The app reserves the right to remove or disable access to any YouTube video found to violate copyright laws, YouTube’s policies, or educational suitability.
